CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – High school football throughout Montgomery County has officially reached the midway point in the 2023-24 season, and after week five, there’s only one team left undefeated.

Clarksville High knocked off the West Creek Coyotes for their fifth win on the season to move to 5-0. With the win, the Wildcats have now outscored opponents by over 200 points so far this year.

Other teams that came out victorious this weekend include the Fort Campbell Falcons and Rossview High Hawks.

After losing three straight, Fort Campbell bounced back in a big way against rival Fort Knox. They won 42-14 and moved to 2-3 on the year.

As for Rossview, they won their third consecutive game after posting their third shutout of the season. They won 40-0 against the Northeast High Eagles.

In other news, Kirkwood High lost their first game in program history when Dickson County beat them 42-12.
