Granville, about an hour east of Nashville holds a month long Scarecrow Festival with themed events every weekend. The festival began in honor of those famous fainting goats of Marshall County. October 18- Windrock Park Fall Jamboree

October 19-20 – Mid-South Barbecue Festival

October 27-28 – Mountain Makins Festival
