Funeral service for Octaven Deshae Riley, age 14 of Cumberland Furnace, will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at the Sykes Funeral Home, with visitation starting at noon. Rev. Ray Comer will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
Octaven passed away on Friday, July 10, 2015 at his home. He was born on Oct 21, 2000 to Bobby Lewis Day Jr. and Felicia Faye Riley.
He is survived by his Father and Step-Mother, Bobby and Melissa (McWhorter) Day; Mother Felicia Faye Riley; Brothers, Ason, Myson and Gavin Day; Sisters, Jada and Kyla Day; Step Sisters Arnicia, Avyona, Karrianna Shearl; Grandparents, Bobby Day Sr and Josaline Day, Ray and Becky Comer. Several Aunts and Uncles also survive.
