CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- (CLARKSVILLENOW) Northwest High School’s Athletic Department is pleased to share that Molly Kleinhans has committed to play soccer at Lincoln Memorial University located in Harrogate, TN.
Molly signed her commitment paperwork in a signing ceremony held February 7, 2018 at Northwest High School. Molly Kleinhans has been playing club level soccer since she was eight years old. Previous awards include: Coaches Award for 2014 and 2015, MVP for White House Soccer Club 2017, and Overall MVP NWHS in 2017. She made the AllDistrict Team 2016 and 2017, Leaf-Chronicle All-Area First Team in 2017, and was the Overall Team Captain her senior year.
Northwest Athletic Director, Jessica Peppard, stated, “Northwest is incredibly proud of Molly and her accomplishments, both in the classroom and on the soccer field. Molly challenges herself academically and athletically, as seen by her many athletic accomplishments and the rigorous course load she has completed throughout her high school career. We are excited to see what the future holds for Molly as she pursues her post-secondary goals.”
Northwest High School’s soccer coach, Kristine Solano, shared “We are very proud of Molly, her accomplishments, and contributions to the Lady Vikings’ Soccer program over the years. Lincoln Memorial’s gain will definitely be a loss for us in many ways. Her shining personality, natural born leadership, and exemplary soccer skills will be dearly missed. We wish Molly the best in all of her future endeavors.”
