CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Approximately 250 Northeast High School students participated in Career Day Friday, March 11 at Grace Nazarene Church.
The school’s goal, in alignment with CMCSS’s vision that every student graduate college and career ready, is to provide students the opportunity to hear from representatives in their field of interest.
The students had the opportunity to learn from more than 25 community members in seven career interest fields, which are listed below:
Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics/Architecture and Construction
Arts Audio-Video Technology and Communications
Education and Training
Health Science
Human Services
Business/Finance/Marketing
Government and Public Administration/Law and Public Safety
The students took an interest survey earlier this year to determine which speakers would present.
