Norman Lee Altice, age 65 of Clarksville, passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare.
He was born on May 4, 1953 in Providence, RI to Norman and Doris Altice.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Susan Altice; daughter, Natasha Lee Altice; grandson, Damian Winfree; and siblings, Kenny and Jane Altice.
