‘Non credible threat’ made against Richview Middle School

CLARKVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Students of Richview Middle School were taken to Clarksville High School Thursday morning due to what school officials call a ‘non credible threat,’ against the school.

Motorists reported numerous police vehicles in the area of Richview Road and Memorial Drive.

In an automated phone message to parents, Principal Lisa Clark said ‘law enforcement made security checks of the school building while students were temporarily placed at Clarksville High School’ and that they were re-entering the building by 7:42 a.m. and safely inside by 8:00 a.m.
