CLARKSVILLE, TN − Do you know someone whose dedication to the arts or local history has shaped the cultural fabric of Clarksville and Montgomery County? The Clarksville Arts and Heritage Council (AHC) is now accepting nominations for its Lifetime Achievement Awards − recognizing extraordinary individuals who have made a lasting impact on our community’s creative and historic legacy.
Established in 2006, these annual awards celebrate individuals who have contributed significantly, over many years, to the artistic or historical life of Montgomery County. Two awards are presented each year at AHC’s Annual Membership Meeting:
- Lifetime Achievement in the Arts
- Lifetime Achievement in Heritage
“These awards are a way of honoring those who have spent their lives enriching ours—through creativity, preservation, and education,” AHC Board Chairperson Kay Drew noted.
