NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – No injuries were reported after the Nashville Fire Department responded to a fire at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center early Wednesday afternoon.
Brian Haas, spokesman for the fire department, told News 2 there was a kitchen fire inside the hotel and that an HVAC unit was also possibly on fire on top of the roof.
The fire has since been extinguished.
The Opryland Hotel offers more than a dozen restaurants, indoor gardens with waterfalls, multiple ballrooms and ample meeting space.
