CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Police response to some issues at a nightclub caused traffic to come to a standstill early Sunday morning on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
At around 1 a.m., there was a report of shots fired in the parking lot of the nightclub in the 2100 block of Fort Campbell Boulevard. There was a second report about an hour later. No one was injured, according to Detective Michael Patterson.
Later in the morning around closing time, overflow cars were still in the parking lots of businesses near the club. Police responded to notify nightclub patrons that nearby business owners were going to start towing vehicles, Patterson said.
