CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Produced by The Downtown Clarksville Association, First Thursday Art Walk is a free, self-guided tour spanning a 5-block radius that combines visual art, live music, engaging events and more in the heart of Downtown Clarksville.

With 10+ venues, bars and businesses participating each month, the First Thursday Art Walk in Clarksville is the ultimate opportunity to savor and support local creative talent.

The August Art Walk will be held August 4 from 5-8 p.m. at the shops and galleries on Public Square, Franklin Street, and Strawberry Alley.

Downtown Artists Co-op (DAC) is excited to announce the 2016 Regional Juried Art Exposition opening reception in conjunction with the August First Thursday Art Walk.
Artist representatives, over the age of 18, in Tennessee and Kentucky were eligible to enter and a large collection of different mediums will be on display at the Downtown Artists Co-op from August 4 through August 27. Awards will be announced at 6 p.m.
