CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Officials announced Thursday that the final Clarksville City Council meeting of the year has been rescheduled for January 3, 2019.
The meeting was originally set for Dec. 27, but City Clerk Sylvia Skinner said Mayor Kim McMillan and Mayor-Elect Joe Pitts have agreed to reschedule.
Skinner said the Executive Session will be held at 6 p.m., followed by the Regular Session at 7 p.m. the same evening.
Mayor-Elect Pitts will be sworn in Jan. 2 and will preside over January’s meeting. Clarksville’s three new council members (Vondell Richmond, Travis Holleman, and Stacy Streetman) will also be in attendance for the meeting.
An agenda for the meeting has not yet been released to the public.
