CLARKSVILLE
• O’Connor’s Irish Pub – Reserve your tickets today for New Year’s Eve. Light hors d’oeuvres and a midnight champagne toast.
• Wicked Good Sandwiches – Kool Breeze Karaoke starts at 7 p.m. No cover charge. Family-friendly.
• Pinnacle Bowling – Reserve spots for bowling from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.
• New Year’s Eve Splash at New Providence Pool – Beach ball drop at midnight at the indoor pool. Admission includes access to the Wibit, climbing wall, and water slide. New this year will be a light show provided by a DJ. After 10 p.m., minors 17 and under must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
• 50+ Activity Center – $15 in advance and $20 at door. Tickets include dinner 7-8:30 p.m. and Dance from 9 p.m. to midnight with Scotty Dean Showdown Band.
• TN Valley Brewing – Featuring Tim Lynch. Starts at 8 p.m. with no cover charge.
• Tap Room – Music for Mercy performing and a champagne toast at midnight. No cover charge.
• Magic Wheels Skating Center – Daytime celebration from 1-4 p.m. with prizes and a balloon drop at 3 p.m. Admission is $12 and includes Playground, Skating and Skate Rental. Anyone over the age of 10 is $9. Advance ticket purchases receive $3 in free tokens. Free admission for supervising parents. Nighttime celebration from 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Admission is $15.
• Electric Cowboy – Starts at 8 p.m. Free party favors and a $1,000 cash giveaway.
NASHVILLE
Keith Urban will once again serve as headliner for Jack Daniel’s Music City Midnight: New Year’s Eve in Nashville.
The lineup also includes Peter Frampton, rock/pop band Judah & the Lion, singer/songwriter Caitlyn Smith, soul and rock artist Devon Gilfillian and the Fisk Jubilee Singers.
2018 marks Keith Urban’s third New Year’s Eve bash. The annual event takes place at the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park and is free to the public.
Gates will open at 4 p.m. on Dec.31. The event features the traditional Music Note Drop at Midnight, followed by a fireworks display.
