CLARSKVILLE, Tenn. – Signups will begin January 23 for a new softball league that will be starting in Montgomery County.
The MidSouth Softball Association are a non-profit organization sanctioned by USSSA Softball with a focus on improving the exposure to the game.
Age groups for participation range from 5 years old to 23 year old. Unlike any Little League program, there are no boundaries which makes them unique in the fact that anyone from anywhere can join the league. They focus on teaching fundamentals both to the players and the coaches who are teaching them the game.
The registration fee is $75. The season will begin in Mid-April and continue thru June with a tournament to end the season.
Signup dates are the following:
January 23 at Rich Ellen Park 9:00- 3:00
January 30 Rich Ellen Park 9:00-3:00
February 6 Governor Square Mall near the interior exit of Dick’s Sporting Goods 9:00- 3:00
February 13 Academy Sports 9:00- 3:00
