CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The City of Clarksville’s Parks & Recreation Department invites the public to the Clarksville Greenway on Thursday, October 1 to celebrate the official opening of Section II of the Heritage Park Greenway Connection.
A ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Kim McMillan will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the pavilion located at the soccer practice fields pedestrian overpass at Heritage Park, located at 1241 Peacher’s Mill Road.
Section I of the Heritage Park Greenway Connection was officially opened in January.
The Greenway offers well-maintained walking and biking trails that are open to the public year-round.
