Clarksville-Montgomery County is one of the youngest communities in Tennessee, clearly on the rise and top of mind for new companies and residents.
It’s a community that connects Fort Campbell’s military families to local careers after their Army service. It’s a community that connects bright young Austin Peay State University students to prosperous futures. And it’s a community that bridges a past built on farming to emerging technology companies such Google, LG Chem, Hankook and more.
“As we communicate with stakeholders and work to recruit new opportunities and amenities to support that growth, it is critical that the first impression of the Economic Development Council and the image of the community as a whole reflect the growing, thriving, welcoming community that we are,” said Clarksville-Montgomery County EDC Vice President of Communications and Marketing Michelle Hueffmeier.
The EDC is proud to announce the launch of a new logo collection with a refreshed look for not only the EDC, but also for the Clarksville-Area Chamber of Commerce, Clarksville Industrial Development Board and the Aspire Clarksville Foundation.

The previous logos dated back to the early ’90s and needed modernization. The new brand package focuses on capturing collective missions of the organizations with a nod to Clarksville landmarks through its “Bridge of Opportunity” theme and “You Fit Here” tagline.

“This new brand package is a testament to our unified vision,” Hueffmeier said. “After a comprehensive review of our brand and analysis, we identified our strengths and weaknesses to focus on how we communicate to our audience and stakeholders to refine our branding. These new logos speak to the collective EDC mission and its role in the community – to bridge efforts to bring new industries to Clarksville, support existing businesses and maintain high standards of living with arts, entertainment and hospitality.”
Look for these new logos and new branding across the EDC platforms as local leaders create new opportunities for existing and future businesses to grow our economy and create a more prosperous future for all of Clarksville-Montgomery County.
