Nevels Chapel MBC to serve as COVID-19 vaccination, insurance site

CLARKSVILLE, TN – Nevels Chapel Missionary Baptist Church will doubly serve as a COVID-19 vaccination and health insurance site on Aug. 4.

This event is sponsored by the Montgomery County Health Department and will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Masks are required, and the Pfizer vaccine is being made available on this day for all persons that have not yet been vaccinated.

Those who wish to take advantage of this event are asked to call 931-217-2609 or 931-561-2143 to sign up and ensure that enough vaccines are available on site.

The second shot will be given on Wednesday, Aug. 25, and health insurance representatives will be available during this time for adults under the age of 65 to obtain and sign up for health insurance.

The church is located on 2720 Memorial Drive Ext. in Clarksville.
