Nellie Constance Evans, age 85 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020, at Signature Health Care of Clarksville. She was born on May 11, 1934, in Kenbro, KS to Allen and Emma Mitchell Mayes.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dudley Evans, and daughter, Linda Webb. Nellie is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Kirkham; grandson, Kevin Wilcox; and great-grandson, Thomas Wilcox.
