Ms. Nelda Kay Borders, age 79, of Dover, TN passed away, Thursday, October 22, 2020, at her home. She was born June 4, 1941, in Penrod, KY the daughter of the late Orville and Floeva Hughes Joines.
Kay was a member of the Bear Springs Baptist Church. She retired from the Tarrant County Head Start System.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Charles David Borders, Jr., and brother-in-law, John Burt.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Kimberly Borders, Dover, TN, sisters, Billie Burt, Dover, Sherry Anthony (Richard), Lake Jackson, TX, and her brother, Dale Joines, Lewisburg, KY.
