CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Goodwill Career Solutions center at 2001 Needmore Road in Clarksville will host a job fair from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17.
Fourteen employers are seeking to fill at least 385 positions in Montgomery, Robertson, Cheatham and Davidson counties.
Employers include Goodwill, Metalsa, Staffmark, TeleTech, Convergys, Oak Plains Academy, Tennessee Department of Corrections, Agero, HG Staffing, Sam’s Club, YMCA Fun Co., Progressive Directions Inc., Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and Transamerica/WFG.
Openings include retail, substitute teacher, bus driver, mechanic, payroll officer, assembly, forklift operator, mental health associate, licensed practical nurse, housekeeper, correctional officer and other positions.
Rates of pay reach $15 per hour.
Representatives from these companies will be on-site and interviews are possible, so job-seekers should dress for success. Job candidates are encouraged to bring a resume, photo ID and their Social Security card or birth certificate.
