Nancy J. Snapp, age 74, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, March 25, 2016, at Christian Care Center, in Ashland City, TN.
Nancy was born October 6, 1941, in Flemingsburg, KY, to the late Lewis Anderson Henry and Edith Belle Charlton Henry. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert C. Henry and Jerry L. Henry.
Mrs. Snapp was a teacher at Kiddieland Daycare.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 29, at 12:00 Noon, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, in Hopkinsville, with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 29, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Ray H. Snapp; two daughters, Kathy J. (Jim) Young of Clarksville and Lisa A. (Sam) O’Neal of Meridianville, AL; three sisters, Marilyn S. (Jimmy) Downing, Cynthia J. Parsons, and Judith E. Henry; four grandchildren, Erin N. (Tyler) Maddox, Amanda D. (Tim) Gray, Shana L. (Joe) McIntosh, and Cayce L. (David) Patterson; five great grandchildren, Austen Gurnon, Jilliann Carter, Dalton Gray, Dakota Gray, and Emma Patterson; and special friends, Kendall and Shannon Kitchen, Bobby Ward, Barbara Ely, Robert and Amy Ely, Beate Baggett, and Suzan Odom.
Pallbearers will be Sam O’Neal, Jim Young, Kendall Kitchen, Michael Oliver, Bobby Ward, and Tim Gray.
