MW/MB is a joint venture between two of the most respected residential shingle manufacturers, IKO and TAMKO. Located in the Clarksville Industrial Park, MW/MB produces the fiberglass used in IKO and TAMKO shingles.

MW/MB donated the shingles for the most recent Habitat for Humanity home in Clarksville. Last year, TAMKO shingles were donated. This year, IKO shingles will be donated for a second Habitat home.

MW/MB continually gives back to the community, and past donations included the Salvation Army building shingles, Salvation Army Angel Tree, Loaves and Fishes, and YAIPAK.

MW/MB is a preferred place of employment with starting production wages over $26/hour. Maintenance Technicians earn over $38/hour, while Controls Specialist earn over $45/hour.
