CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW.COM) Due to a forecast of rain, Movies in the Park and pre-show concert will be held inside The Wilma Rudolph Blvd at Liberty Park.
will host a showing of “A League of Their Own” Saturday, August 20 on the big screen.
This week’s feature is”A League of Their Own.” Local music by singer-songwriter Lydia Walker (5:00 p.m.) and the band, The Bootleggers (6:00 p.m.)
Liberty Park is located at 1188 Cumberland Drive. Admission is completely free. Food will be available for purchase on-site from the concession stand and Overtime Bar & Grill.
The movie screening will begin at sunset, around 7:30 p.m. Guests are invited to bring picnic baskets, blankets, and lawn chairs. Please leave your pets and alcohol at home.
In the event of rain, outdoor movie screenings and concerts may unfortunately have to be cancelled. Refer to Facebook for updates about weather cancellations.
