Motorcyclist killed in crash on Fort Campbell Blvd. identified

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A motorcycle rider was killed Saturday evening on Fort Campbell Blvd. near Airport Rd.

Clarksville Police Department Public Information Officer Jim Knoll said the crash occurred at 5:04 p.m.

The motorcyclist, identified as 21-year-old Keith M. Peuser of Clarksville, was traveling north on Fort Campbell Blvd. A Nissan Rogue driven by a man in his 40s was traveling south and making a left onto Airport Rd. when he failed to yield to the motorcycle, which collided with the Nissan.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Nissan and multiple passengers were transported to Tennova with undisclosed injuries.

The crash is still under investigation. Officer Jennifer Szczerbiak is the lead investigator.
