CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A motorcyclist has been updated to stable condition following a hit and run crash that occurred Sunday night on the 700 block of Providence Blvd.
Police said the crash occurred around 11:54 p.m., but there are few details regarding the cause of the crash.
The motorcycle, ridden by 31-year-old Ronnie Walker of Clarksville, was traveling south on Providence Blvd. when the crash occurred. The vehicle that hit the rider was a 2008-2016 Chevrolet Impala with a color described as Carbon Flash Metallic (either a dark gray or silver).
The Impala lost a rocker panel during the collision (pictured below).
The driver of the Impala did not stop to assist the rider and left the scene of the crash.
The 31-year-old rider was taken to Vanderbilt by Lifeflight and is in extremely critical condition.
