Update, 10:35 a.m.: Surveillance video shows the truck pulling out in front of the motorcycle and then crossing multiple lanes of traffic to flee the scene.
The video, captured by a nearby business, shows that the truck was turning left onto Providence and pulled out into the lane the motorcycle was in.
The truck spun onto the right shoulder after the collision, paused, then crossed several lanes of Providence to flee in the opposite direction.
A photo shows the truck appears to have a bed cover on it, according to Clarksville Police.
Also, the passenger side rear wheel or rim is possibly bent or otherwise damaged.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A motorcycle rider was seriously injured in a hit and run crash with a pickup truck Sunday night.
At about 7 p.m., the truck and motorcycle crashed on Providence Boulevard near Market Street, according to Clarksville Police spokesman Detective Michael Patterson.

The motorcycle rider was transported to the hospital, and the rider’s condition was unknown Sunday night.
The truck, which left the scene, was described as a ’90s model, gray Ford F-150, two-door with extended cab. The truck should have damage to the rear of the passenger side, Patterson said.
