CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Family and Friends gathered on August 7, 2016 to remember Fran Caratini on his birthday.
Fran Caratini was found dead August 14, 2014 on Chapel Street in Clarksville. The murder case is still open.
Fran’s mother, Carmen Caratini, organized a butterfly release on his second birthday since his passing. Tommy Vallejos, Associate Pastor for Faith Outreach Church prayed over the group for justice and healing.
“I just want the community to know that I’m still waiting for some answers. I want justice for my son, and I’m not going to have pace until then,” Caratini said. She added, “I do forgive them, but they need to pay the consequences.”
