CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Goodwill Career Solutions center at 2001 Needmore Road in Clarksville will host a job fair from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18, for 14 employers seeking to fill more than 1,700 positions in Montgomery, Robertson and Davidson counties.
Employers include: Macy’s Logistics, Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, Contemporary Services Corp., Oak Plains Academy, Progressive Directions Inc., Transamerica/WFG, HG Staffing, Trojan Labor, R.E. West, Talent Force, Randstad, Hankook Tires, TeleTech and Goodwill.
Openings include retail, manufacturing, seasonal and full-time warehouse, power equipment operator, forklift operator, assembly, caregiver, customer service representative, commercial drivers, construction, bus drivers, subsitute teachers, mental health associates, event staff and other positions. Rates of pay reach $24 per hour.
Representatives from these companies will be on-site and interviews are possible, so job-seekers should dress for success. Job candidates are encouraged to bring a resume, photo ID and their Social Security card or birth certificate.
