CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Montgomery County Libertarian Party (MCLP) has endorsed Kimberly Wiggins for Montgomery County Trustee in the upcoming August County General election.
“There is a much needed change in our County Trustee’s office, and Kimberly Wiggins is that change,” the organization said in a press release. “Her education, experience, qualifications, and community involvement make her the obvious choice to become our next Trustee. We believe our next Trustee should be a true representative of all citizens in Montgomery County instead of creating political divide in our Trustee’s office, an office which should remain non-partisan.”
In addition to Wiggins, the MCLP has endorsed the following candidates for the upcoming County General election:
County Commission
• District 14: Joshua Beal
• District 12: Joey Dasinger
• District 16: Justin Ross
County Mayor
• Donnie Trice
