Update, 1:30 p.m.: Butch Paulk has been located and he is safe, according to CPD.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A TBI Silver Alert has been issued for Butch E. Paulk Jr., a 67-year-old white male, 5-foot-10, 195 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes. Paulk was last seen in Clarksville wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeved shirt and a tan Wrangler jacket.

There is no known direction of travel. Paulk has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation alert said.

Neighbor Thomasa Munroe said Paulk walked away from his house sometime Sunday morning. The home is near Warfield Boulevard and Ted Crozier Jr. Boulevard. He was discovered missing at about noon.

Paulk will be walking as he does not have a vehicle to drive, Munroe said.
