CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is again asking for the public’s assistance locating two runaway juveniles, 14-year-old Lanycia Byers and 15-year-old Devin Handy.
Lanycia had previously been reported missing. She and Devin were found safe hanging out with another runaway teenager at Civitan Park Wednesday morning, according to police spokesman Scott Beaubien. Lanycia and Devin were returned to their families.
But Lanycia ran away again within an hour of being returned home. Devin ran away Thursday morning around 7:20 a.m.
Lanycia is 5-foot-5 and about 105 pounds; she was wearing a blue hoodie and black pants. Devin is 5-foot-6 and about 145 pounds.
