Update, 9:45 a.m. Monday: On Sunday evening, Ms. Bluedorn was found deceased in the parking lot of a business on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard by the Clarksville Police Department.

“Her passing appeared to be of natural causes,” MCSO Sgt. Bishop Delaney said in a news release Monday morning. “Our condolences go out to the family and friends of Ms. Bluedorn during this difficult time.” Family notifications have been made.

“We appreciate the outpouring of support from our community and will continue to serve our residents in helping to locate our missing loved ones,” Delaney said.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – An 80-year-old woman has been reported missing in Montgomery County.

Retta Bluedorn was last seen at about 9 a.m. Sunday at a residence in the 2500 block of Highway 48, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. She left in a blue 2007 Ford Explorer with license plate number 492-BBRW.

“Ms. Bluedorn may exhibit signs of dementia,” the MCSO said. “If anyone has seen her or her vehicle, please call 911 to report the whereabouts.”
