CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Clarksville Area Ministerial Association honored local elected public officials with their annual Prayer Breakfast Tuesday hosted by Grace Church of the Nazarene. Around 120 people attended the breakfast which offers pastors and the community a chance show their gratitude to elected officials for their leadership.
Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan and Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett were joined by fellow members of the City Council and County Commission. Tennessee State Representatives Joe Pitts and Jay Reedy were also on hand along with other officials from the city and county. Guest speaker for the event was Dr. Bryan Johnson Sr., Chief Academic officer of the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System.
