Mildred LaDoyn Lewis, 91, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at Dogwood Bend Assisted Living.
Mildred was born on December 30, 1924, in Cleveland, AR to the late Roma Blue and Dora McNabb Blue. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Lewis, Sr. and son, Jesse Lewis, Jr.
Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Chaplain Jeff Jay officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016, from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Mildred was a retired Psychiatric Technician with Sonoma State Hospital.
Mildred is survived by her son, Derek Lewis of Clearlake, CA; sister, Gerrie Blue of Madera, CA; three granddaughters, Diana (Dan) Howell of Atwater, CA, Linda (Greg) Reynolds of Arkadelphia, AR, and Lisa (Jeff) Jay of Clarksville, TN; and twelve great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
