Mildred “Imogene” Hale died Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at her residence in Utica, Michigan. Imogene was born on July 17, 1933, in Houston County, Tennessee the daughter of Oscar and Gertrude Allsbrooks.

On June 28, 1952, she married the love of her life Elmer D. Hale in Houston County Tennessee. She will always be remembered for her deep love of family and her immense faith in God. She was regularly active in many churches throughout her life with Knoxville First Church of the Nazarene being the most recent. Survivors include her sons: David (Audrey) Hale and John Stancher; grandchildren: Tracey Rissman, Scott (Holly) Rissman, Kristen (Ken) Borkowski, Timothy (Jenny) Hale, Laura (Davin) Henrik, Kristen (Patrick) McFarland, Trevor (Stefania) Hale; great-grandchildren: Connor, Lucas, Dylan, Taylor, Eliana, Everett, Cam, and Miles. She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer, and two Daughters Sharon and Julie.

A memorial service for Imogene is scheduled for August 28, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Nave Funeral Home in Erin Tennessee. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on August 28, 2021, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
