CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Downtown Commons came alive Monday evening with the debut of Mic Check Monday. The summer concert series gave attendees of all ages the perfect setting for great music and perfect weather.
Three praise and worship bands performed during the evening, along with local dance and step groups. Each Monday in June and July, the event will feature different genres of music. Next week will have country artists perform.
The events are free and open to the public. Guests are invited to bring a picnic dinner, but alcohol is prohibited. If your band is interested in performing at the event, you can apply here.
