Melva K. Styles, age 68, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015, at Gateway Medical Center.
Melva was born May 24, 1946 in Detroit, MI, to the late Hazel Pearl Hoagaboam Pitts.
Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel, with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday, March 3, at the funeral home.
Melva is survived by her husband, Frank Styles; son, John Woodruff (April) Fleck of Minnesota; three daughters, Annette Bariger Kitterman of Florida, Colette Bariger Myer of Clarksville, and Heather Woodruff (Danny) Morrison of Washington; three brothers, Kenneth Pitts of California, Donald Pitts and Leroy Pitts of Michigan; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Humane Society, 940 Tennessee Avenue, Clarksville, TN 37040.
