CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office would like to congratulate Ryan LeBlanc on his graduation from the East Cin Greenville, Tennessee.
The ten-week course prepares students to meet the standards for law enforcement officers established by the Tennessee Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission (POST). The curriculum includes firearms training, defensive and tactical driving, physical defense tactics, understanding terrorism, law enforcement procedures, and introduction to the legal process.
Ryan LeBlanc has been with the Sheriff’s Office since September 2014. He started as a deputy in the detention center.
“We are proud to be a part of Ryan’s next step in his law enforcement career,” said Patrol Lieutenant Jessie Nugent. “I know he is eager to put to use what he learned and start serving his community in his new capacity.”
