CLARKSVILLE, TN − The City of Clarksville is excited to announce the return of the Mayor’s Summer Night Lights program, a summer tradition focused on bringing purposeful, positive, and popular activities to local youth in a safe and engaging environment.
Running every Tuesday evening from June 3 through July 29, 2025, this free program will take place at various locations across Clarksville from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., with fun and themed activities provided by dedicated community partners. Each week features a new theme with hands-on crafts, games, entertainment, and free meals provided by a city department, while supplies last.
A Teen Zone will be available at each location for youth ages 11–17, offering age-appropriate games and challenges to keep older participants entertained and engaged.
“This program is about more than just summer fun — it’s about building connections, providing opportunities, and making a lasting impact on our young people,” said Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts. “We intentionally coordinate events throughout different areas of the city, so that we bring fun with convenience to everyone.”
No pre-registration is required, and all activities are free to attend. Local community organizations interested in participating or supporting the program can email parksrec@cityofclarksville.com for more information.
