CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce announces upcoming events during the month of May.
On May 8, the Chamber will hold the annual Industry Appreciation Lunch. As a way to say thank you to the workforce that makes up the local industry the Chamber, Industrial Development Board and Aspire Foundation will host a free lunch from 11 a.m.– 2 p.m. at Beachaven Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane. The Chamber’s Business Before Hours will be held on Thursday, May 10 from 7-9 a.m. The event is hosted by Operation Stand Down at F&M Bank, 50 Franklin Street, 5th floor. This networking event is offered at no cost to Chamber members.
On May 16, the Chamber is offering a Get to Know Your Chamber event at 8 a.m. at the Economic Development Council office, 25 Jefferson Street, T-level. This event is geared to help new members learn about all the benefits of the Chamber and how to best take advantage of them. It is also a great way for current or long-time members to have a refresher on the many networking and marketing opportunities offered by the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber’s Business After Hours will be held on Thursday, May 17 from 5-7 p.m. The event will be hosted by Altra Federal Credit Union at their 1600 Madison Street location. This networking event is offered at no cost to Chamber members.
The Chamber is also accepting reservations for the 113th Annual Chamber Dinner & Gala being held on June 12 at the Wilma Rudolph Events Center, as well as the Chamber Membership Golf Scramble being held on June 19 at the Clarksville County Club.
