Mary Teresa Ledbetter Dennis, age 61, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Tennova Healthcare.
Terry was born March 2, 1960, in Montgomery, Alabama to the late John M. Ledbetter. She is also preceded in death by her husband, George Dennis Sr.
Terry worked as an accountant at Duguid, Gentry & Associates.
Mrs. Dennis was a member of Sango United Methodist Church.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 4 p.m., at Sango United Methodist Church, with Rev. Dane Van Eys and Rev. John Casey officiating. Burial will follow at Sango Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 10, from 3 to 8 p.m., at Neal-Tarpley-Funeral Home, and Saturday, from 2 p.m. until the hour of service, at Sango United Methodist church.
Terry is survived by five children, George (Dana) Dennis, Jr., Michael (Jun) Dennis, Brian (Angelique) Dennis, Douglas (Rebecca) Hall, and Mary Ann Dennis; Eleven grandchildren, Neil Norfleet, Nicholas Dennis, Sean Norfleet, Katelyn Dennis, Daniel Norfleet, Andrew Dennis, Lynn May Dennis, Julia Dennis, Destiny Campbell, Jacob O’Neal, William Scott Hall; two great-grandchildren.
