Mrs. Mary Buchanan, age 77, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at her residence. She was born on January 22, 1942, in Clarksville, TN to the late Jim and Francis Suiter Minton.
Mary was currently working as a registered nurse at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, TN, retired from St. Thomas hospital before that and was an active member at the Hopewell United Methodist Church.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Buchanan, several brothers and sisters. Survivors include son, Charles Buchanan (Desiree), Indian Mound, TN, daughter, Suzanne Brown, Hopkinsville, KY, grandchildren, Lawrence Ficke, Christopher Cook, Cristen and Kohen Buchanan and step-grandchildren, James and Alexis Barfield and great-grandchildren, McKinzie, Emma, Lawrence, Harley, Christopher, Addison, and Charles.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, December 7, 2019, at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Sammie Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at the Dunbar Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Visitation will be 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 6th and 9:00 am to time of service on Saturday.
