A Celebration of Life service for SFC Marvin Dale Morton, ARMY (Ret), will be Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 12:00PM at Clarksville Seventh-day Adventist Church. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
Marvin was born on July 23, 1946, in Dennison, OH to Jesse and Janis Holcomb who preceded him in death. He passed away on November 30, 2023. Marvin retired from the United States Army and was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He loved spending time with his wife and daughter. He enjoyed reading science fiction, watching sci-fi movies, and loving on his cat, Abby.
Marvin is survived by his wife of 45 years, Rosalia Morton; daughter, Marlana (Joseph) Robertshaw; siblings: Will (Bev) Morton, Linda (Bill) Leymon, Sheryl Williams, and Gary (Nancy) Morton; and grandson, Jake Robertshaw.
