Ms. Martha Welker, age 78, of Dover, TN passed away Monday, June 15, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville. She was born on October 7, 1941 daughter of James and Tina Milton Miller.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Miller and she is survived by her son, Timothy Welker, Woodlawn, TN.
There will be a graveside service held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 18th at Wilees Chapel Cemetery.
