Martha Dawn Crow, age 67, of Clarksville, TN, passed away August 24, 2024, after an extended illness.
Dawn was born on September 16, 1956, in Clarksville, to the late Dixie Shearron Weems and James Fred Weems.
Dawn was a retired Registered Nurse and a Certified Diabetes Educator. After graduation from Austin Peay State University, Dawn began her career at Clarksville Memorial Hospital. She was an avid quilter and enjoyed spending time with her beloved poodles, Chopper, Zach, and Trevor. Her Christian faith sustained her over a half century of health challenges.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. William Lyle officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Dawn was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Crow. She is survived by her brother, James Fred “Jim” Weems, Jr. (Tammy); sister, Shearon Weems Hales (Patrick); uncles, William “Ben” Shearron, Jr. (Sandra), and William Locke Weems (Pam); aunt Kitty Nell Weems Stockdale; nieces, Leslie Hales (Boone Carter) and Robin Hales Farmer (Jonathan); plus, dear cousins and friends.
