CLARKSVILLE, TN – On Nov. 14, 2009, Grace Lutheran Church sponsored its very first craft fair. Now, on Nov. 13, 2021, the 13th craft fair, now called Marketplace at Grace, will be held.
Offering some 40-plus vendors, the Marketplace at Grace brings together a wide variety of crafters, home based businesses, and the like. Hundreds walk through the doors every year and walk away with some of the finest and most diverse selection of gifts and wares in all of Clarksville. Even the pandemic last year did not shut down Marketplace at Grace and the organizers found a way to host vendors and be safe – all the while welcoming hundreds of people to shop, look and enjoy.

Those planning the Craft Fair, according to Pastor Larry Peters, noted that this year is a little easier to plan than last, but each year is its own challenge of familiar vendors and new ones.
“We have experimented with different set ups to provide good space for each vendor and easy traffic flow,” Peters said. “We have also provided a Country Kitchen for baked goods and breakfast and a cafeteria for luncheon items. We look forward to welcoming back among others: a pen maker, homemade soaps and other personal items, homemade wreaths and children’s clothing, jewelry makers, as well as reps for Mary Kay and many other home based businesses.”
