Mark Anthony Choatie, age 60, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at his home.
Mark was born February 14, 1963, in Aberdeen, MD, the third son of Reva Moore Choatie James and the late Robert Leroy Choatie. Along with his mother, he is survived by his brothers, David Michael and Steven Robert Choatie and a sister, Cathy Connolly.
Mark worked as a cashier at Kroger from his teenage years until his late forties. He entertained children who would line up at his register with his “Scooby Doo” impressions. He was an avid collector of both the cartoon memorabllia and unique coins and he greatly enjoyed the outdoors and camping. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 31st at Riverview Cemetery with the Reverend John Mark Thomas officiating.
