CLARKSVILLE, TN – National Estate Planning Awareness Week is Oct. 17-23, and Manna Café Ministries is pleased to share its partnership with FreeWill to help spread awareness and action around estate planning. FreeWill is a social venture that provides a free, online will-writing platform making estate planning accessible to all.

This important partnership with FreeWill is just another way Manna Cafe Ministries can provide a muchneeded service to the community while also offering a convenient way to make legacy gifts,” explains Vicki York, Manna co-founder.

Since 2009, Manna Café Ministries has been restoring hope, dignity, self-reliance, community and the love of God. Manna Café Ministries serves people in need in Clarksville/Montgomery County and Stewart County through a soup kitchen on wheels, food box distribution, culinary arts internship, emergency warming center, and other vital resources.

In honor of National Estate Planning Awareness Week, Manna Café is taking its mission one step further by providing a uniquely simple and accessible platform to anyone who needs a will or estate plan in place. Since 2017, FreeWill has helped over 600,000 people create estate plans online and has raised over $6.6 billion for charity.

With this tool, users can now create a free plan, print out a will that is legally valid in all 50 states or create a set of documented wishes to bring to an attorney. This partnership also allows friends of Manna Café Ministries to include a legacy gift that will support the work against hunger in our community for generations to come.

To start a free will, community members can visit FreeWill.com/MannaCafe.
