CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) 5 Star Media Group is partnering with Manna Café Ministries for the 7th Annual Combat Hunger. Combat Hunger is happening Saturday, November 12 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. at grocery store locations throughout Clarksville.

Kenny York, founder of Manna Café said this about the importance of Combat Hunger. “We’re excited because we count on this citywide food drive to stock our shelves to get us into the following year. This will be the biggest and best Combat Hunger yet, because now we’re at 15 stores,” he said.

York asked for everyone to come out Saturday and show their support for those in the community who need help. Manna Café distributes around 1.8 million pounds of food and 26,000 hot meals each year.
