CLARKSVILLE, TN − Manna Cafe will begin its monthly Mobile Pantry program for 2025 on March 22 and continue through November. The Mobile Pantry is a free food distribution event hosted by local churches throughout Montgomery and Stewart Counties.
Each event is open to the public. More than 15,000 pounds of food will be distributed. Boxes will provide a variety of food to include nonperishable items, meat, breads, dairy, and fresh produce. “The goal of each Mobile Pantry event is to distribute food to at least 300 families,” explains Vicki York, Manna Cafe CEO.
In order to effectively meet the growing needs of the community, Manna Cafe observes specific procedures at Mobile Pantries. Guests must be present to receive a food distribution and cannot pick up for friends or family members. Guests must provide a photo ID. Only one box per address. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Food distribution begins at 10:00 a.m. and lasts until the food runs out.
Mobile Pantries are an extra opportunity to receive food. Manna Cafe’s regular food distribution days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 605 Providence Blvd.
